Course Outline

You will learn about fundamentals of  data, algorithms and programming; including paradigms and abstractions. Also network security, connectivity, cloud technology and internet services. Key to studying Digital Support Services T level will be understanding of internet and development of AI which brings in importance of law and regulations relating to digital practices in the broader business context.

Content Covered

1. Core: Knowledge and understanding of contexts, concepts and theories relating to general understanding of the application of digital technologies and overall impact on business and market environment:how digital technologies impact business and market environment, digital environments, including physical, virtual and cloud environments, planning digital projects and other relevant digital technology practices.

2. Employer Set Project: Digital planning and project management

3. Industry Placement:  You will engage and have industry placement relating to roles within the digital support services sector to develop communication in digital support services, fault analysis and problem resolution

Assessment

You will be tested from written examinations, Employer set project (ESP) and synoptic assignments (Digital support)
