• Year group tie

• Black skirt or trousers (no jeans, shell suits, corduroys, mini skirts or leggings)

• White shirt and LBTS tie for your year group. Ties must reach to your waist and cover the top button

• Black shoes with black laces (no canvas shoes, trainers, boots, stilettos or open toe shoes of any kind)

• Plain black coat with no visible logo (no denim, leather, sweatshirts, jumpers or hooded tops of any description)

• No hats, scarves, durags or gloves.

• LBTS fully support students to wear headscarves for religious reasons should they choose to do so.

LBTS PE Kit

• LBTS tracksuit bottoms, plain black tracksuit bottoms or plain black shorts

• LBTS polo shirt or plain white T shirt

• LBTS PE bag or plain black bag without any logos

• Any trainers

DRESS CODE LBTS6

Our sixth form students are not expected to wear a uniform, as we believe that our young people should be able to feel comfortable yet confident whilst learning. With this said, there are a few restrictions: 

• Trousers: Smart, plain work trousers

• Skirt: Plain, formal skirt - not jersey or athleisure

• Blouse/Shirt: Plain, formal blouse or shirt preferably with a collar

• Cardigan/Jumper: Plain or patterned cardigan, round or v-neck smart jumper or blazer - NO SWEATSHIRTS or other athleisure tops

• Shoes: Sensible, smart black shoes - trainers can be worn

• Coats: Any colour or style permitted. Must not be worn in building or in lessons. 

• Religious/Culture attire:  Must be formal.Any plain colour/style is permitted

• IDs and Lanyards to be worn at all times

As young adults, we expect all sixth formers to be able to self-regulate when it comes to adhering to our dress code and dressing for school.
