Are you about to finish school or college and thinking about your future career in tech?

The FDM Degree Apprenticeship Programme provides an opportunity to gain invaluable work experience while studying. Apprentices work across our business in different departments including First-Line Support, Web Design, Robotic Process Automation, Information Security and Internal Business Projects.

Based in our offices in London or Leeds, apprentices study for a BSc degree in Digital and Technology Solutions at one of our partner universities in London (Northeastern University) or Yorkshire (Sheffield Hallam University) and receive in-house training before working on internal projects and being placed on client site with some of the biggest companies in the world. Our clients include everyone form HSBC to Sky, Lloyds Banking Group to Shell.

By joining our Degree Apprenticeship Programme  you can gain meaningful skills, practical training and work experience, all while also attending university as a student and working towards a degree.

Our scheme is a unique,  three-year, paid apprenticeship opportunity that combines work and training, so you’ll be earning while you’re learning! We also pay your university degree fees throughout university.

At the end of the programme, you can join our Graduate scheme choosing from many different career pathways.

Do you qualify for the Programme?

You must be over the age of 16, be based in the UK and able to travel to our office in London Bridge OR Leeds. You must be able to work in the UK and satisfy the entry requirements for a degree in Digital and Technology Solutions at one of our partner universities
