On 13th August LBTS6 students celebrated an increase in results from last year. Their achievements included:

• 76% of students achieving at least 2 A Levels at grades A*-C or BTECs at grade Distinction* - Merit 
• 52% of students achieving A Levels at grades A*-C or BTECs at grade Distinction* - Merit across all their subjects

Notable subjects with high grades across their cohorts are:

• A Level Art, Law, Portuguese, Spanish & Further Maths, where 100% of students achieved A* - C grades
• BTEC Applied Law, ICT & Business where 100% of students achieved Distinction * - Merit grades
• BTEC Health & Social care where every student achieved a Distinction!
• T Levels - with two thirds of the cohort achieving Merits & Distinctions and 100% pass rate!

62% of our students also gained places at their first choice universities, with a further 21% gaining a place at their insurance offer placement. Many of our students have also taken up higher level apprenticeships this year, particularly our T Level students.
