Students require a minimum of 5 GCSEs at Grade 6 or above (or equivalent), including English, and Mathematics.
At AS level students develop a knowledge and understanding of the legal system and an ability to evaluate its operation and performance. The course introduces students to substantive law and requires them to apply aspects of criminal law and civil law in different case studies

Unit 1: Law Making and the Legal System
Unit 2: The Concept of Liability
Unit 1: 1hr 30min written exam.
