The vision of LBTS6 is to enrich the experience of students through a number of leadership opportunities, extra clubs or societies. These include; 

• Writing and editing for the Lilian Baylis School Newspaper, SE11
•  Mentoring KS4 students through ‘The Guiders’ leadership programme
• Training to become a mental health ambassador
• Being part of the LBTS6 Student Executive Committee 
• Undertaking a one-week work experience placement 
• Joining one of our successful sixth form sports teams 
• Studying your native language at AS and A2 level as an additional fourth subject
